The main questions of outdoor LED screen in the planning equipment are as follows:

If the electronic equipment is wet or severely affected by moisture, it will lead to short circuit or even fire, resulting in faults or even fire, and forming losses;
(2) The electronic screen may be subjected to strong electric and magnetic shock caused by lightning;
(3) The ambient temperature changes greatly. When the electronic screen operates, it will generate certain heat. If the ambient temperature is too high and the heat dissipation is poor, the integrated circuit may not work normally, or even be burned, so that the display system cannot work normally;
(4) The audience is wide, the visual distance is far, and the visual field is wide; The ambient light changes greatly, especially when it may be exposed to direct sunlight.
For the above special requirements, it is necessary for outdoor LED electronic screen to:
(1) The screen and the joint between the screen and the building must be strictly waterproof and leak proof; The screen body shall be provided with good drainage measures to ensure smooth drainage in case of water accumulation;
(2) Lightning protection equipment shall be installed on electronic panels and buildings. The main body and shell of the electronic screen shall be well grounded, and the grounding resistance shall be less than 3 Ω, so that the large current caused by lightning can be discharged in time;
(3) The equipment ventilation equipment shall cool down to make the internal temperature of the screen between - 10 ℃ and 40 ℃. An axial flow fan is installed above the back of the screen to discharge heat;
(4) Industrial grade integrated circuit chips with operating temperature between - 40 ° C and 80 ° C shall be selected to prevent the electronic screen from being unable to start due to low temperature in winter;
(5) In order to ensure long-distance visibility under intense ambient light, it is necessary to select ultra-high brightness LED;
